Mrs. June Dunville, age 87 years, passed away peacefully in the Nipigon District Memorial Hospital on Thursday, September 12, 2024.
June leaves to mourn, her husband of 70 years, Harvey; daughter Patsy (Marcel) Dionne and family; son Ron “Spike” (Katie) Dunville and family; son Penard (Janet) Dunville and family; Carmen Dauger of Mexico as well as her grandchildren, great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her son Donald Dunville; grandson Remy Jr. Cote; parents Charles and May (nee Wilson) Neuert; sister Doreen Adams; her deeply loved nephews Kenny Adams and Scott Dunville as well as numerous in-laws and other relatives.
A Celebration of Life in honour of June will be held on Saturday, September 21, 2024 at 10:30am in the Red Rock Legion Hall with a luncheon to follow. Interment will take place in Sunset Memorial Gardens, Thunder Bay afterwards.
In lieu of flowers, donations made in memory of June to the Red Rock Legion Ladies Auxiliary would be greatly appreciated.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Simpler Times Cremation Centre, 575 Central Avenue, Thunder Bay.
