Ronald Dennis

We are sad to announce the peaceful passing of Ron Dennis, at home on July 5, 2022 surrounded by the love of his family and friends after a courageous battle with cancer. Ron was born in Fort William on July 10, 1960.

Ron was happiest spending time with those he loved. He enjoyed wrestling in his youth, going to the Northwestern Ontario championships. After finishing school, he was employed by Bowater for twenty-five years. He loved riding his Harley, playing crib and enjoying the company of his family and many friends. He was the kindest guy that would help anyone out.

Ron is survived by and will be greatly missed by the love of his life and fiancée, Nancy Krasniuk and her children, Sarah (Joel), Amanda and his “best friend” Cale, the “Buckster.” Mother, Iva Dennis-Mazur and step father, Joe Mazur. Ron’s ‘Fake son’ Dave Beck (Lisa Drager, Lennix) His brothers, Dale (Sheila) and Dan. Uncle Norman Truhn. Ron is also survived by his niece, nephew, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends who were very special to him. Ron was predeceased by his father, Walter Dennis and his nephew Kyle Dennis.

Memorial services will be held at Jenkens Funeral Home on Monday, July 18, 2022 at 11 am. Visitation will begin at 10 am. Interment will be held at Sunset Memorial Gardens.
