Alma Margaret Lambert, a beacon of love and wisdom, passed away peacefully on December 10, 2024, at the age of 97, in Thunder Bay, Ontario. Born on June 9, 1927, in the quaint town of Emo, Ontario, Alma grew up imbued with the values of community and kindness that would come to define her remarkable life.

Alma's journey was one marked by an unwavering devotion to her family and an inspiring intellectual curiosity. She was predeceased by her beloved husband, William, and her cherished daughter, Kathryn. Her legacy continues through her daughter, Barbara Pattyson, and son-in-law, Douglas Pattyson, as well as a host of nieces and nephews who were touched by her generous spirit.

Alma's life was a tapestry of loving acts and generous deeds. Her intelligence was evident in her sharp wit and the insightful conversations that endeared her to all who knew her. She approached life with a grace and generosity that uplifted everyone around her, leaving an indelible mark on her community and all who had the privilege of her company.

Funeral will be held at St. Paul’s Anglican Church on Monday December 16 at 11:00 am.
