NIPIGON -- Superior North Catholic District School Board, St. Edward Catholic School, and St. Hillary Catholic School excited to be part of Parade of Lights
BJ Mercier, Principal, St. Edward Catholic School, as well as principal Angela Gainer, St. Hillary Catholic School, were both very excited to inform parents of their respective schools, that their schools will be a part of this year’s Parade of Lights.
The parade is scheduled to take place on Saturday, Dec. 11, in Nipigon.
The principal indicated that the Grade 8 class from St. Edward Catholic school will be busy decorating their float Friday morning and expressed how excited they are for everyone to see it.
The parade is scheduled to begin Saturday at 7 p.m.
It will start at the intersection of Front and First streets near Dewhurst and make its way along Front Street over the tracks to the Nipigon Community Centre.
No doubt students, parent, family members, and school staff will be looking forward to seeing the parade and everyone along the parade route.
