GREENSTONE — A 39-year-old has been charged with impaired driving after a single-vehicle collision.
Provincial police said officers responded to the incident at First Avenue Northeast and Fifth Street North in Greenstone on the night of Nov. 18.
The investigation resulted in the officers arresting the driver, alleging the driver was impaired by alcohol.
The driver was taken to the Greenstone OPP detachment for further testing, where the charge was laid.
The accused has been released from custody and is due to appear in court in January 2024.
