NIPIGON — A man who was the subject of a search and a request for public assistance from Ontario Provincial Police has been located deceased.
The 60-year-old Nipigon resident was last seen in the town on Aug. 7 and was reported missing on Aug. 12.
OPP announced that officers with the Emergency Response Team and Aviation Services found him deceased Wednesday in the Nipigon area.
Police provided no other details.
