Marathon OPP investigating stolen snowmobile

Theft occurred on Jan. 10 in the White Lake area.

MARATHON — Police in Marathon are investigating the theft of a motorized snow vehicle.

In a release issued on Tuesday, Ontario Provincial Police say they responded to a report of a stole vehicle in the White Lake area at about 12:30 p.m. on Jan. 10.

Upon arriving at the scene, they were informed one snow vehicle had been stolen and another had been damaged.

The missing vehicle is a 2023 black Ski-Doo Skandic 600Efi, with an Ontario licence plate 3AY951.

The investigation is ongoing.

Police ask that anyone with information contact the OPP's non-emergency line or call Crime Stoppers.
