BOOTH TOWNSHIP – After witnessing a motor vehicle driving erratically on Highway 585 in Booth Township, Nipigon OPP arrested and charged one individual with impaired driving last Friday, Oct. 20.
During the traffic stop, officers determined the driver, a 45-year-old from Thunder Bay, was impaired by alcohol.
The accused has been released from custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Nipigon in November.
