HURKETT—The Town of Hurkett shared with residents that the Baby Beginnings drop-in program is back for the towns of Red Rock, Dorion, Nipigon and Hurkett.
This program is intended to the health and well-being of parental families, new parent and care-givers, babies and their siblings.
Baby Beginnings provides workshops and activities, as well an opportunity for families, parents and caregivers to build a network system as they engage in these workshops.
Brass Bell Family Resource Centre indicated that these programs help to answer common questions and concerns about the baby’s first year and offers useful resources.
The dates and times for these workshops area as follows:
- Red Rock—Mondays drop-in 9:00 a.m.- 2:00 p.m.
- Location—Red Rock Brass Bell /EarlyON Centre
- Dorion—Wednesdays drop-in 9:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m.
- Location—Dorion Brass Bell/EarlyON Centre
- Nipigon—Thursdays drop-in 9:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m.
- Location—Nipigon Brass Bell/EarlyOn Centre
