NIPIGON — A man has been arrested for items stolen from a construction site.
OPP was investigating the thefts of stolen equipment and tools from the Taranis Construction site in Lyon Township that were reported on Nov. 18.
Police arrested a 63-year-old Red Rock resident on Nov. 19. The resident is being charged with theft of over $5,000 and possession of property obtained by crime.
The accused was released from custody and scheduled to appear in court in Nipigon.
