KRGinsure is a dynamic and energetic Orillia brokerage seeking a Receptionist for our service team.
The position will include, but not be limited to, the following duties:
• Providing high quality customer service to our Clients via email, phone and in person
• Assist visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing, and announcing them appropriately
• Answer, screen, and forward any incoming phone calls, and provide basic information when needed
• Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers
• Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing, etc.
• Accept insurance payments from clients, and provide them with a receipt

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
• Excellent communication skills, telephone etiquette and professional appearance
• Be dependable, organized, and a team player
• Strong attention to detail
• Sound computer skills
• Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize and work under pressure
• High school graduate diploma
• A working knowledge of Applied Epic/Tam would be considered an asset

Must be available to work fulltime hours of 8:30am to 5:00pm, from Monday to Friday.
