Assistant Banquet Manager
The Malcolm Hotel is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Assistant
Banquet Manager to lead our team and deliver an unforgettable guest
experience. In this role, you will assist in planning, coordinating, and
executing all banquet and event operations, ensuring seamless logistics
while maintaining the highest service standards.

Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage the banquet team.
Assist with hiring, training, and scheduling staff.
Oversee budgets, forecasts, and day-to-day operations.
Ensure food quality and timely service during events.
Review event orders and coordinate with other departments to
ensure flawless execution.
This is a Full-time salaried position.
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of supervisory or management experience in
Food & Beverage.
Excellent communication and computer skills.
High school diploma required; post-secondary education in
Hospitality Management is considered
