Receptionist / Bookkeeper


Job Type: Permanent Full Time

Local accounting firm seeks a full-time Bookkeeper / Receptionist that can handle multiple tasks independently and efficiently in a fast paced environment.
Responsibilities will include the following:
- Bookkeeping services including payroll processing, bank statement reconciliations
- Complying with government tax reporting (RP, WSIB, HST)
- Personal Income Tax preparation
- Answering of incoming office phones
- Greeting visitors/clients
- Providing customer service
- Variety of other general office duties as needed
Required Skills
Ability to work independently
Ability to complete multiple projects on a timely basis
Proficient in SAGE preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in a team environment
Preference will be given to applicates with experience.

Competitive salary based upon experience. Benefit package available after 3 month probation period.
