Radiance Physiotherapy is owned and operated by Megan Doyle, PT, DPT.
The vision of the team at Radiance Physiotherapy is to provide individualized care to the community in a warm, modern space with a strong focus on customer service. We are an evidence-based and client centered practice. Radiance Physiotherapy opened its doors in October of 2021.
We are looking for a passionate, dedicated Physiotherapist eager to play a key role in the exciting growth of the clinic. Come and be a part of Sault Ste. Marie’s distinguished and experienced physiotherapy team.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
● Post-secondary degree from an accredited physical therapy program or equivalent education as recognized by the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
● Current registration in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
The Ideal Candidate will possess:
● Minimum of a graduated student to one (1) years’ experience as a Physiotherapist
● Strong knowledge and practice of the functions, operations and best practices within Physiotherapy
● Demonstrated ability to deliver high quality physiotherapy services
● Demonstrated care and safety of patients prior to, during, and following treatment
● Demonstrated understanding and record of providing an excellent patient experience
● Demonstrated professional judgement and interpersonal skills in dealing with patients, and their families
● Innovative critical thinking skills and the ability to analyze and make decisions
● Strong self-awareness, self-management, social awareness and relationship management skills
● A solid track record of maintaining privacy and confidentiality in the workplace
● Highly developed conflict resolution skills
● Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
● Perform physiotherapy assessments and developing evidence-based physiotherapy treatment plans
● Provide physiotherapy treatment following rules and regulations of the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
● Review patient progress and clearly document responses to treatment
