PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that I, Garry-Siskos, a living man, born on the land near Women’s College Hospital, Toronto, on July 16, 1963, do hereby affirm the following:
My lawful majority age was attained on July 16, 1976;
My legal majority age was recognized on July 16, 1981;
I stand in full lawful capacity as Sui Juris, competent and capable to manage my own affairs.
I do hereby declare dominion over my name, my estate, and all personal property, and affirm my standing under Natural Law, Equity, and Common Law, effective as of July 16, 1976, and under Statutory Law, effective as of July 16, 1981.
Let it be known and acknowledged that I am not a surety for any legal fiction or entity created without my knowledge, consent, or full disclosure.
FAILURE TO REBUT OR RESPOND to this notice within thirty (30) days from the date stated below shall constitute tacit agreement and estoppel by acquiescence.
