Police recover stolen property after search

LONGLAC — OPP in Greenstone have charged a Longlac resident with theft. 

Officers executed a search warrant at a property east of Longlac on July 17. 

Police say they found stolen property and recovered an ATV, a dirt bike and copper wire. 

A 31-year-old Longlac resident was charged with seven offences, including property obtained through crime and theft. 

The accused was held in custody ahead of a court date in Geraldton on July 26.
