OPP nabs impaired driver in Longlac

LONGLAC — A traffic complaint led to a 50-year-old resident being charged with impaired driving.

Police responded to the complaint in Longlac on Monday afternoon.

After the vehicle was located, police determined that the driver was impaired by alcohol and the individual was transported to the detachment for further testing.  

The driver was released from custody but is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in November.
