Some parts of the Superior North region could be in for a wet Wednesday.
Environment Canada issued a special weather statement on Wednesday for areas including Manitouwadge, Hornepayne, White River and Wawa, with as much as 50 millimetres of rain expected.
Heavy rainfall caused by thunderstorms is possible for the area as a cold front moves across the region, and expected to end Wednesday evening.
