Our loving & spunky Mother, Grandmother, Great Grandmother, Sister, Aunt and Friend peacefully passed away on April 11, 2024 with family surrounding her.
Marlene was always ready to "build a coffee" to anyone who came by for a visit and her joys in life included her family, birdwatching, gardening, fishing, and animals.
She is predeceased by her parents, Les & Marion Miller, sisters Shirley & Jean and her son Steven.
Left to carry on her legacy of love and family are her sons Bruce, Rodney (Andrea), Leslie (Leisa), daughter Tanya (Dave), brother Ralph (Michelle), aunt Linda, 12 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
She will be missed by her good friend and fellow adventurer Toini, her birdwatching partner Bob, as well as many other friends.
Special thanks to the doctors and nurses at TBRHSC for the love and compassion they provided to her and her family.
In lieu of flowers, please honour her by making a donation to the MS Society.
"Love each other forever, have fun and kick up your heels" were her final wishes.
